Global Warming and the crisis we face with rising Carbon Emissions requires a collective effort to be effectively addressed. At My Carbon Stash we think this collective action requires a holistic approach where all avenues to reaching a solution - to bring our planet back into balance - are used. This means the needs of individuals and organizations are addressed.  It means knowledge is widely available and Carbon Offsets are accessible and accountable.

This is the real inspiration for MCS: We were doing a lot of stuff by ourselves, but if we could find a way to connect with like minded people, others who wanted to make a change and help save the planet, what then could we achieve?

Educate.
Connect.
Offset.

There was also the conviction that to make a real dent on accelerating global climate change, we would all need to make personal changes in our lives. We wanted to create a way to accurately measure and offset the carbon emitted by our own lifestyles.

Governments and international bodies are doing things, but at an incredibly slow pace. If we are to meet this global challenge head on, we would have to ACT TOGETHER! NOW!

We wanted to create a way to enable people to get together and be the change.
